摘要本文建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法(SPE-HPLC)检测水体中的卡马西平、布洛芬、马来酸氨氯地平和阿替洛尔4种药物及个人护理用品(PPCPs)的分析方法。评价了HPLC法测定卡马西平、布洛芬、马来酸氨氯地平和阿替洛尔这4种PPCPs的日内精密度、日间精密度、最低检出限和加标回收率,结果显示,卡马西平的日内精密度为1.7%,日间精密度为5.6%,检出限为0.25μg/L,加标回收率在89%-98%范围内;布洛芬的日内精密度为0.7%,日间精密度为3.9,检出限为10μg/L,加标回收率在87%-98%范围内;马来酸氨氯地平的日内精密度为1.7%,日间精密度为4.4%,检出限为0.25μg/L,加标回收率在90%-99%范围内;阿替洛尔日内精密度为1.2%,日间精密度为4.3%,检出限为2.5μg/L,加标回收率在92%-98%范围内。此外,通过SPE法对4种药物进行了富集提取,优化了洗脱液的浓度,卡马西平和布洛芬选择90%的甲醇水为最佳洗脱液,马来酸氨氯地平和阿替洛尔选择100%的甲醇为最佳洗脱液。并采用建立的SPE-HPLC法测定了壳聚糖荷正电纳滤膜截留PPCPs的效果,布洛芬的平均截留率为77.0%;卡马西平的平均截留率为75.4%;马来酸氨氯地平的平均截留率为88.7%;阿替洛尔的平均截留率为86.7%。20779

Title Determination of trace PPCPs in water environment by HPLC
Abstract
In this paper, a solid-phase extraction(SPE)-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method has been developed for the determination of Carbamazepine, Ibuprofen, Maleate Amlodipine and Atenolol these four kinds of pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) in water. To evaluate the intraday precision, interday precision, limit of detection, recovery of Carbamazepine, Ibuprofen, Maleate Amlodipine and Atenolol by HPLC. The results show that the intraday precision of Carbamazepine is 1.7%, interday precision is 5.6%, limit of detection is 0.25μg/L and the recovery ranges from 89% to 98%; the intraday precision of Ibuprofen is 0.7%, interday precision is 3.9%, limit of detection is 10μg/L and the recovery ranges from 87% to 98%; the intraday precision of Maleate Amlodipine is 1.7%, interday precision is 4.4%, limit of detection is 0.25μg/L and the recovery ranges from 90% to 99%; the intraday precision of Atenolol is 1.2%, interday precision is 4.3%, limit of detection is 0.25μg/L and the recovery ranges from 92% to 98%. In addition, the four drugs were enriched and extracted by SPE, the concentration of eluent was optimized. Carbamazepine and Ibuprofen choose 90% methanol as the best eluent. Maleate Amlodipine and Atenolol choose 100% methanol as the best eluent. To determine the effect that HTCC/PES intercepted PPCPs by SPE-HPLC, the average retention rate of Ibuprofen is 77.0%, that of Carbamazepine is 75.4%, that of Maleate Amlodipine is 88.7%, and that of Atenolol is 86.7%.
