( 3 ) try to reduce the amount of sludge , digested sludge in the system seeks to reduce investment and operating costs of sludge treatment . ( 4 ) maximize the use of advanced and reliable automation and control system to improve the management of wastewater treatment plant , reduce labor intensity .
     In wastewater and sludge treatment process design process should be based on the following principles: ( 1 ) to determine the design parameters based on wastewater quality , quantity and variation , and to ensure that the calculation process as accurate as possible in detail.
