设计总说明:本设计是对某城镇生活污水处理的设计,所以应对城镇污水有一定的了解。城镇污水指城镇居民生活污水,机关、学校、医院、商业服务机构及各种公共设施排水,以及允许排入城镇污水收集系统的工业废水和初期雨水等。
(1) 人口少,用水量标准较低,污水处理规模小;
(2)经济发展水平偏低,经济承受能力弱,可供选择的适用技术少;
(3)因为这种处理的规模比较小,所以工程建设费用很高;
(4)对这个方面的了解和掌握的人不多,所以缺乏一些管理方面的经验。
根据设计水量以及污水的特点,通过工艺分析和经济对比,本设计采用序批式活性污泥工艺(SBR)。SBR是序批式活性污泥法的简称,是一种按间歇曝气方式来运行的活性污泥污水处理技术。它的特点是,运行的时候有序、间歇地操作,SBR技术集很多过程于一身,特别适用于间歇排放和流量变化较大的场合[1]。
本设计的主要内容有:确定工艺流程、对各构筑物进行设计、污水厂的平面及高程布置以及其他构筑物的选型等。主要构筑物有格栅、泵房、曝气沉砂池、SBR反应池、消毒池、污泥浓缩池、污泥脱水车间等。设计要求完成如下内容:一份总的设计说明书、一张污水厂的总平面图、生物单元的平面、剖面图各一张、一张污水处理厂污水和污泥的流程高程图、以及任选四张其他构筑物的平面、剖面图,总共折合成A2的8张图。该污水处理厂的规模为50000m³/d,处理量相对较小,出水要求达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中二级标准,本设计中选择的SBR法,具有良好的脱氮除磷效果。
设计资料:某城镇生活污水的排放量为每天50000m³,水质按如下考虑: CODcr≤330mg/L, BOD5≤185mg/L,SS≤320mg/L, NH3–N≤40 mg/L,TN≤50 mg/L,TP≤6.0 mg/L(上述数据亦可参照有关资料确定)。21959
出水指标要求达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中二级标准:COD≤100mg L-, BOD≤30mg L-, SS≤30mg L-, NH3-N≤25mg L-,TN≤20mg L-,TP≤2.0mg L-。

Its main feature is the sequencing and batch operation, SBR technology is the core of the SBR reaction pool, the pool sets are, primary sedimentation and biological degradation, two sink functions in a pool, no sludge return system.
