设计总说明:本设计的题目是甲醇生产过程中CO变换工段工艺初步设计,我选用的生产甲醇的方法是煤制甲醇。煤制甲醇在世界经过很长时间的发展,已经成为一种成熟的生产工艺。它通过调整合适的氢碳比来使得甲醇的生产率变高。在一般情况下,CO变换反应后生成甲醇,使它成为甲醇合成的H2的需要,并且可以移除二氧化碳。在这次的设计中,我选用了中温耐硫部分变换工艺,它的好处是降低脱硫过程工程的数量,降低单位能耗,而且还节省了资金和成本。本设计还采用了全低变工艺,由于一氧化碳变换反应是放热反应,在低温的情况下有利于一氧化碳的变换。并且,低温变换工艺简单,实用。23455

In this design, I chose the sulfur resistant part of the transformation process, Its advantage is to reduce the number of desulfurization process, Apparatus for reducing consumption, And it saves money and cost. The design also uses a full low temperature shift process, Because the carbon monoxide conversion reaction is exothermic reaction, For carbon monoxide transformation in the condition of low temperature.Also, low temperature shift process simple, practical.
This design first analyses the feasibility of the scheme, Secondly, related units to transform the process of hot material balance and material balance. Finally completed the design and calculation of process dimension and the main tower equipment.
