摘要本文采用静电纺丝和烧结技术制备PAN基碳纳米纤文膜。通过光学显微镜、SEM、TGA、DTA、FTIR、Raman、XRD、电子万能拉力试验机和接触角测量仪等对纤文膜的形貌结构、热稳定性、拉伸强度和浸润性进行了表征。当使用的PAN重均分子量为53000时,浓度14%,黏度1160 mPa.s,流速0.1 mL/h~0.9 mL/h,电场强度1.2 kV/cm~1.6 kV/cm时得到的PAN纤文膜可纺性较好。优化的预氧化工艺参数为预氧化温度290 ℃,升温速率3 ℃/min,气体氛围为空气。通过SEM探究了预氧膜和碳化膜的形貌和结构。采用TGA-DTA、FTIR、Raman和XRD表征碳化膜所含基团和结构特征,当碳化温度越高时,结构越致密有序。通过电子万能拉力机证实PAN基碳纤文膜存在各向异性。PAN原纤膜、预氧膜和碳化膜都具有疏水性及存在差异。25364

Title The Preparation and Properties of PAN-based Carbon Nanofiber Membranes
Abstract
In this paper, making PAN-based carbon nanofiber membrane via electrospinning and sintered. Researching the structure , thermal stability, tensile strength and wettability of the microstructure fiber membranes by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),Raman spectra, X-ray diffraction (XRD),electronic universal testing machine and contact angle meter. PAN with 53000 weight-average molecular weight can get a good spinning result,when control concentration of about 14%, viscosity of 1160 mPa.s, flow rate of 0.1 mL/h~0.9 mL/h, the electric field intensity of 1.2 kV/cm~1.6 kV/cm.The optional parameters of pre-oxidation process is temperature of 290 ℃, heating rate of 3 ℃/min, atmosphere with air gas. Exploring the surface morphology and size of the pre-oxide film and a carbon film by SEM .Using TGA-DTA, FTIR, Raman and XRD to research the group and structural features,and the higher carbonization temperature can get the more compact structure. Electronic universal testing machine measures the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength of PAN-based carbon fiber membrane, and existence of anisotropy can be confirmed. Contact angle test get a result of hydrophobic from PAN fibril film, pre-oxygen film and carbon film ,and there are some difficulties between them.

1 引言
1.1 纳米纤文
纳米纤文是定义为直径在1 nm~100 nm的纤文。但是,当直径为几百纳米的具有纳米纤文典型特征的纤文,也可称其为纳米纤文 [1]。
