乳液聚合法凉感肤质微胶囊的制备与表征

摘要:以PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)为壁材,芯材则是硬脂酸正丁酯,采用乳液聚合法制备了相变材料微胶囊,并运用在纺织业上。使用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪等仪器对所制备的相变材料微胶囊的外形特征、颗粒粒径大小、结构成分组成及热性能进行了表征与分析。讨论了乳化剂的种类、量、时间、乳化温度、预聚温度等因素对微胶囊粒径大小及包埋率的影响。结果表明,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯对硬脂酸正丁酯成功包埋,得到了球形纺织品业的相变微胶囊。得到的最佳成品的原材料使用量分别是:乳化剂(op-10)为0.1g,分散剂(SMA[1])为1.2g,引发剂(AIBN)为0.3g,交联剂(PETRA)为1g,璧材(PMMA)为4g,芯材(硬脂酸正丁酯)为8g,水为200g。最佳成品的反应条件分别是:在50℃乳化15min,然后温度不变,预聚30min,最后在85℃下,聚合反应5h。28264

The preparation and characterization of Microencapsulation of cool feeling skin by Emulsion polymerization
Abstract: based on PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) as wall material, n-Butyl stearate as the core material, phase change material microcapsule which was prepared by emulsion polymerization method used on textile industry. Using scanning electron microscope, such as differential scanning calorimeter instrument of the phase change material microcapsule preparation composition characteristics, and the size of the particle size, shape, composition and thermal properties have been characterized and analyzed.Discusses the kinds of emulsifier, amount, time, emulsifying temperature, the temperature of the performed on the influence of microcapsule particle size and embedding rate.The results showed that polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) to butyl stearate is successful embedding, so we get the spherical phase change microcapsules of textile industry. Get the best finished product raw material usage are: emulsifier op - 10) is 0.1 g, dispersing agent (SMA) is 1.2 g, the initiator (AIBN) as the 0.3 g, crosslinking agent (PETRA) for 1 g, the wall material (PMMA) for 4 g, the core material (n-Butyl stearate) is 8 g, water is 200 g. Optimum reaction conditions of finished goods are: Under 50 degrees Celsius, emulsification for 15 min, and then the temperature constant, Prepare the aggregation 30 min, finally under 85 ℃, the 5 h of polymerization.
