纳米复合金属氧化物的制备及应用

摘要本文采用无皂乳液聚合法制备出聚苯乙烯(PS)微球,并且利用PS胶晶模板法合成具有三文有序大孔(3DOM)结构的Fe2O3金属氧化物骨架。通过SEM结果表明:PS微球粒径均一,表面无明显杂质,并且均匀有序的排列在玻璃基底上,测量出PS微球直径约为300nm;3DOM Fe2O3呈现出大孔结构排列有序,周期性强的多孔网状结构。大孔直径约为200nm,孔壁厚度约为30nm。结合溶胶-浸渍法制备了3DOM结构的Co3O4@Fe2O3核壳型复合金属氧化物材料,通过SEM、XRD、EDS等仪器对不同Co3O4前驱液浓度对所得样品的微观形貌以及各组分摩尔比进行表征。结果表明,前驱液浓度越大制备出的核壳材料的壳越厚,所占摩尔百分比越大。最后对所制备的3DOM Co3O4@Fe2O3复合金属氧化物对高氯酸铵(AP)的催化性能进行了研究。DSC分析表明:3DOM Co3O4@Fe2O3使得AP的热分解温度大大降低,且随着Co3O4壳厚度的增加,对AP热分解催化效果也随之提高。28489

Title    Preparation and application of nano-composite   metal oxide                                  
Abstract
In this article, 3DOM Fe2O3 membrane were synthesised by Polystyrene (PS) colloidal crystal template,which were synthesised by free emulsion polymerization method. From the results of SEM, the PS colloidal spheres had good monodispersed with an average diameter. 3DOM Fe2O3 had well-ordered periodicity and homogeneous pore diameters. 3DOM Fe2O3 had excellent periodic and well-ordered structure. Then, 3DOM Co3O4@Fe2O3 were prepared by sol-gel method. The results of SEM、XRD and EDS indicated the relationships of concentration of precursors and the morphology and the molar ratio of core and shell. It can be confirmed that the shell thickness and the molar ratio of core to shell increased with the rising of concentrations of precursors. Finally,the thermal decomposition effects of 3DOM Co3O4@Fe2O3 on AP were studied by DSC. It can be found that with the increasing of Co3O4 shell, the catalysis effects of 3DOM Co3O4@ Fe2O3 on AP were improved
