摘要为了降低身管武器使用时,发射药对身管的烧蚀作用,提高武器使用寿命,需要加入缓蚀剂。聚二甲基硅氧烷,俗称硅油,是一种高效的液体缓蚀添加剂,具有显著的降烧蚀效果。对硅油进行微胶囊化,可以延缓硅油的释放速率,同时可利于运输。本研究采用聚脲作为微胶囊的壁材,选择TDI和乙二胺为单体,通过界面聚合反应包覆甲基硅油,探究乳化剂用量,搅拌速度以及单体与硅油配比对微胶囊形貌和硅油的包覆率的影响。实验结果表明在乳化剂用量1.5g,搅拌转速1500rpm~2000rpm之间时,硅油微胶囊呈现规则球形,分散性好;随着壁材与芯材体积比的下降,硅油包覆量上升,壁材芯材体积比为1:4时,硅油的包覆率最大,达到81.25%。28816

Title Preparation and characterization of polyurea microcapsules containing silicone oil through interfacial polymerization.
Abstract
In order to reduce propellant ablation function of gun barrel and improve the
service life of the weapons, bore-wear reducing additive need to be added.
Polydimethylsiloxane,commonly known as silicone oil, is a highly efficient liquid bore-wear reducing additive which can significantly reduce ablation effect.Microencapsulation on silicone oil can delay the release rate of silicone oil and make it easy to transport.We adopt the polyurea as microcapsule wall material.We choose TDI and ethanediamine as polyurea monomer to coat methyl silicone oil via interfacial polymerization . This study explores the influence factors of microcapsule morphology and silicone-coated quantity through changing emulsifier dosage, stirring speed,ratio of monomer and silicone oil.This study finds it that silicone oil microcapsule is uniform sphere and has good dispersibility at the emulsifier dosage is 1.5 g and stirring speed between 1500 rpm to 2000 rpm. With the volume ratio of the wall material and the core material is declining,silicone-coated quantity is rosing.When the volume ratio is 1:4,silicone-coated quantity is maximum.It can reach 81.25%。
