摘要:阿特拉津,又被称作为莠去津,是一种具有一定毒性的除草剂并且在世界范围内被广泛使用。但由于其大量使用,长时期残留,在农田施用后可通过多种途径如地表径流、淋溶、沉降等进入到地表水和地下水中,由于其自然的递降分解作用在水中会受到抑制,因而会对水生生态系统以及饮用水源造成污染,被认为是一种最具污染力的农药。因而如何通过测定土壤中含有的阿特拉津进而解决其对环境造成的危害已成为国内外关注的焦点。可以通过多种方法对土壤中阿特拉津含量进行测定,而从中选出最适宜、最有效的方法具有重要的研究意义。目前,其主要的提取方法包括固相萃取法、直接提取法以及旋蒸法。本文分别对这三种方法的提取效果进行了研究,从中选出最优,为今后测定土壤中含有的阿特拉津奠定了基础。29022

Study on Determination Method of Atrazine in Soil
Abstract: Atrazine, also known as atrazine, is a medium-low toxicity herbicide and is widely used worldwide. But because of its large use, long-term residue, after the application of farmland through a variety of ways such as surface runoff, leaching, sedimentation and other entry into the surface water and groundwater, due to its natural decomposition of the role in the water will be inhibited, which will aquatic ecosystems and drinking water sources, is considered to be one of the most polluting pesticides. Therefore, how to solve the environmental damage caused by the determination of atrazine in the soil has become the focus of attention at home and abroad. The content of atrazine in the soil can be determined by a variety of methods, and it is particularly important to select the most appropriate and effective method. At present, the main extraction methods include solid phase extraction, direct extraction and rotary distillation. In this paper, the extraction of these three methods were studied, from which the best selection for the future determination of soil containing atrazine laid the foundation.
