摘要:以对羟基苯甲酸为原料,用苯作为溶剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为助溶剂,搅拌溶解,升温至30℃后,在0.5h内缓慢滴加氯化亚砜,滴加结束后升温,在45℃保温反应4h,制备对羟基苯甲酰氯。反应结束后冷却,静置分层,上层主要为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的盐层及少量的对羟基苯甲酰氯;下层为对羟基苯甲酰氯、苯及少量N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)。分液取下层,分出三分之二左右的苯,冷却析出目的产物对羟基苯甲酰氯。着重考察了氯化亚砜的滴加量、滴加温度及滴加时间;体系的反应的温度、时间及投料摩尔比对目的产物对羟基苯甲酰氯收率的影响,从选择了对羟基苯甲酰氯的制备条件分别为:滴加温度(T1=30℃),滴加时间(t1=0.5h),反应温度(T2=45℃),反应时间(t2=4h),M(对羟基苯甲酸):M(苯):M (DMF):M(氯化亚砜)= 1:5.4:1.85:2。29714

The preparation of p-hydroxy benzoyl chloride
Abstract: Taking p-hydroxy benzoic acid(solid) as raw material,using benzene as solvent,N, N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) as cosolvent, stir to dissolve,heating up to 30℃ while stirring.Within 0.5h,slowly and dropwise adding thionyl chloride and. Add over,around 45℃ heat preservation reaction in 4h,preparation of p-hydroxy benzoyl chloride.Then cool,the reaction was allowed to stand for separation,the upper of N,N-dimethyl formamide and its hydrochloride,and a small amount of impurity of hydroxyl benzoyl chloride,the lower of benzene solution of p-hydroxy benzoyl chloride and a small amount of N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF).Take the lower liquid,45℃ steam recycling thionyl chloride,N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF) and parts of benzene,cooling of hydroxy benzoyl chloride precipitation purpose products.Focuses on the drop of the acyl chlorination agent addition amount, temperature and drops plus time,reaction temperature,time and feeding molar ratio influencing on the yield of p-hydroxy benzoyl chloride, objective product, rom the choice of the preparation conditions of hydroxy benzoyl chloride respectively: drop temperature ( T1= 30 ℃ ),and drop time( t1= 0.5 h ),and reaction temperature( T2= 45 ℃ ),and reaction time( t2 = 4 h ),M( p-hydroxy benzoic acid ):M( benzene ):M( DMF ):M( sulfide sulfoxide ) =1:5.4:1.85:2.
