摘 要:依据课题指定的锅炉额定蒸发量--600t/h,进行锅炉类型的选择;选择燃烧煤的种类,再依据锅炉和燃烧煤的已知参数(选煤各成分含量,锅炉热效率,国家火力发电厂锅炉烟气的排放标准值--30mg/m3等)逐步推算出烟气量和除尘效率等;本次课题选择的是电除尘器,设计并计算出合理的电除尘器的结构尺寸并利用画图软件画出结构图;根据烟气和管道的参数来确定管道的直径大小;设计烟囱的高度,并计算出烟囱的出口内径及其底部直径;确定引风机类型。32345

The Design of Flue Gas Dust-removal System for 600 t/h Coal-fired Boiler
Abstract:Boiler type was selected on the basis of the given evaporation boiler--600t/h.The type of the coal was chosen.Then the amount of flue gas and dust removal efficiency were calculated according to the parameters of boiler and coal (calorific value, element content and ash of the coal,the thermal efficiency of the boiler, and emission standard of boiler flue gas--30mg/m3). The type of dust collector was determined for electric precipitator in this subject.Electrical precipitator dimensions were designed and the diagrams were drawn with drawing software. The diameter of the pipeline was determined in the light of the parameters of flue gas and pipeline.Chimney height was selected.Then inner and bottom outlet diameter were calculated. The model of the fan was selected .
