摘要:锌镍合金是最近10年发展起来的一种新型防护单镀层,有极好的耐腐蚀性,镀层分布较好,并有极好的覆盖能力,而且也已容易进行蓝白色、彩色和黑色钝化。除此之外,锌镍合金镀层具有极高的氢脆性,可焊性,延展性以及机械加工性等优良特性,极具发展前景。锌镍合金在烟雾试验中开始出现红绣的时间在1000小时以上,镀层光亮。本论文通过实验确定适合的阳极电流,镀液温度、Ph值,还有镀液的成分含量,例如锌、氢氧化钠、镍、络合剂、稳定剂、光亮剂、湿润剂。优选出新的锌镍合金电沉积工艺和镀液配方,并系统研究电沉积锌镍合金的工艺条件。经查阅资料知,镀层含镍量在12%-15%时,其性能最好。因此能得到镀层含镍量在12%-15%,并参考镀层厚度,所得的条件和镀液含量则是最佳配方。5795
