摘要通过失重法研究了水杉干枯叶子缓蚀剂在5%硫酸中对碳钢缓蚀性能的影响,分别设置了反应温度和缓蚀剂浓度两个变量。实验表明,缓蚀效率随反应温度的升高而降低,随缓蚀剂浓度的升高而升高。并在25 ℃温度时,15 g/L浓度时,缓蚀率达到了最大值,最大值为82.69%,并结合热力学参数进行热力学分析。并通过电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线法研究了缓蚀剂对碳钢缓蚀性能的影响,其结果和失重法相符合。33631
最后,通过FT-IR手段来探究水杉干枯叶子缓蚀剂中的起缓蚀作用的官能团;通过GC-MS对水杉干枯叶子提取物中成分进行分析,并探究缓蚀机理;通过SEM来研究碳钢表面形态,并说明提取物的缓蚀效果。

Title The corrosion inhibition of Metasequoia dry leaves on mild steel in 5% sulfuric acid
Abstract
We use the weight loss method to study the plant corrosion inhibiton efficiency of Metasequoia dry leaves on mild steel in 5% sulfuric acid.We use reaction temperature and inhibitor concentration as two variables. Experimental results show that the inhibition efficiency decreases with temperature increasing, increases with the concentration increasing. And when the temperature is 25 ℃, the concentration is 15 g / L, inhibition rate reaches the maximum, the maximum is 82.69%.We investigated the effect of corrosion inhibition performance for carbon steel by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curve method, the results suits well with weight loss.
Finally,we use FT-IR to explore Metasequoia dry leaves inhibitors in functional groups; and analyzed by GC-MS of Metasequoia leaf extract and explore the inhibition mechanism; we also use SEM to study the carbon surface morphology, and describe the inhibition effect.
