摘要:本课题主要研究了固体脂质载体包覆苯乙基间苯二酚的性能研究,探究了pH值对体系的影响,又研究了不同含量的无机盐、多元醇对固体脂质微粒的影响。接下来研究了提高包覆量对脂质微粒粒径分布及稳定性影响。最后研究了体系在化妆品中的应用。实验确定了制备条件为初乳化:16000rpm×3min,超声:30%×5min,体系粒径较小,且稳定性良好;随着pH值的增加,粒径逐渐减小,但在过碱的条件下会使样品性质发生改变;随着无机盐的增加,其粒径增加且体系稠度增加;加入不同多元醇对体系影响不同;调高体系包覆量,稳定性下降;固体脂质微粒在化妆品的应用中,随着添加剂的增加,体系粒径呈现不同的变化。35203

Properties of nanostructured lipid carrier coated with phenethyl resorcinol
Abstract:This paper studied the preparation and properties of NLC coated with phenylethyl resorcinol, explored the effects of pH Value, inorganic salts and polyols on the system. Then, the paper discussed the impact on the particle size distribution and its stability, with the loading amout of phenethyl resorcinol increasing. Finally, the application of the systemin cosmetics has also been studied. Experiments has been done to determine the preparation of the NLC, and the method we chose is: 16000rpm × 3min, ultrasonic power: 30% , treatment time: 5min. The obtained system possessed smaller particle size, and good stability. With pH value increasing, the particle size decreased, but too much alkali would change the original properties of the system. And with the inorganic salt increasing, the particle size increased, so did the viscosity. Adding different polyols effected the system differently. ; increasing the loading amount decreased its stability. In the research of the NLCs’ application in cosmetics, different additives brought different results. solid lipid particles in cosmetic applications with the increase of the additive, the system presents a different particle size changes.
