摘要:本课题通过一步法制备W/Si/W型多重结构乳状液,研究制备工艺和配方因素对多重结构的形成及其稳定性的影响,其中制备工艺包括搅拌速度和均质速度,配方因素包括主乳化剂、助乳化剂及复配油脂的种类,还包括乳化剂的复配比例、油水比、无机盐及流变调节剂等。实验结果表明:当搅拌速度为400r/min,均质速度为19000rpm时有利于多重结构的形成;当乳化剂辛酸/硅酸甘油三酯的混合物与有机硅弹性体混合物的复配比例为2.5:3,二甲基硅油与环戊硅氧烷和环己硅氧烷复配比例为2:3,油水比为1:45,质量分数为0.05%的卡波TR-2加入油相时,有利于多重结构的形成及其稳定。 35925

Study on the formation and stability of multiple emulsion
Abstract:W/Si/W multiple emulsions was prepared by single-step emulsification. The effect of preparation process such as mixing speed and homogeneous velocity on the formation and stability of multiple structures was studied. Also screened main emulsifier and auxiliary emulsifier and mixed oil, and study the influence of formulation ingredients such as ratio of emulsifier, oil-water ratio, the amount of oil, inorganic salt and rheology modifiers such as the multiple structure formation and stability. The experimental results show that when the mixing speed is 400r/min, homogenizing rate for 19000rpm is conducive to the formation of multiple structure; when emulsifier octanoic acid / compound proportion of silicate triglyceride mixtures and DC9011 for 2.5:3, two oil that dimethyl silicone oil and cyclopentyl siloxane and cyclohexyl siloxane compound, oil and water’s rate is 1:45, mass fraction of 0.05% of the capo TR-2 is added into the oil phase, there are conducive to the formation of multiple structure and its stability.

1.1多重乳状液的定义
