摘要:酸性橙Ⅱ是一种橙黄色染料,橙Ⅱ废水会严重危害人类和动物的健康。本文以751水合氯化铁作为前驱体,运用水热法制备了镁铝磁性水滑石材料(Fe3O4/MgAl-LDH),并将其应用于橙Ⅱ的吸附去除研究。 同时,采用比表面积分析仪(BET)、傅里叶红外变换光谱仪(FT-IR)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及 X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对该材料进行表征,结果表明,磁纳米粒子 Fe3O4和镁铝水滑石很好地结合在一起。并且分别研究了 pH、初始浓度、吸附温度和超声时间等因素对吸附容量的影响,结果表明,在 25 ℃下,当 pH为 3.5,超声时间为 50 min,橙Ⅱ初始浓度为 100 mg•L-1,时,达到饱和吸附。采用 Langmuir 吸附热力学方程将吸附等温线进行了拟合,在 25 ℃的条件下,计算得其最大吸附容量为 149 mg• g-1。采用动力学方程拟合,结果表明,该吸附过程服从准二级动力学吸附模型。另外,可以用 0.1 mol•L-1的氢氧化钠溶液对吸附饱和的磁性水滑石进行脱附,可以用作 4 次循环使用。 37276

The preparation of Fe3O4@layered double hydroxide composite and its application for the removal of OrangeⅡ Abstract:Acid orangeⅡis one of yellow dye which can cause a serious threat to human and animals. In this paper, a new kind of Fe3O4@layered double hydroxide composite(Fe3O4/MgAl-LDH) was prepared using FeCl3•6H2O as a precursor and the prepared Fe3O4-LDH was used for the removal of orangeⅡ.Then the absorbents were characterized by balanced-emitter transister (BET) surface analyzer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractomer (XRD). The results demonstrated that the magnetic nanoparticles have been successfully combined with MgAl-LDH. Besides, the effects of pH, the init ial concentration of orangeⅡ, the adsorption temperature and the adsorption time on the adsorption rate of orangeⅡwere studied. The results suggested that the best adsorption performance was at a condition that pH=3.5, the initial concentration of orangeⅡwas 100 mg•L-1 and adsorption time was 50 minutes. The maximum adsorption capacity calculated from Langmuir isotherm was 149 mg•g-1 at 25 ℃ centigrade. The adsorption process obeyed a pseudo-second-order kinet ic model with a high correlation coefficient, according to kinetics studies. Furthermore, the used Fe3O4/MgAl-LDH could be desorbed by 0.1 mol•L-1NaOH, and it can be reused for at least four times.
