摘要制备了环氧丙烷异构化的催化剂即碱性磷酸锂,采用原位红外技术研究了不同温度下环氧丙烷在催化剂上的吸附及反应行为,同时研究了在一定温度下环氧丙烷异构化产物在催化剂上的吸附行为。研究表明,环氧丙烷在碱性磷酸锂上于200℃以上才发生开环反应,温度低则不发生反应;环氧丙烷异构化产物丙醛丙酮中α-氢原子具有一定的酸性,它与碱性磷酸锂发生了化学反应,形成了一个共轭结构,致使羰基红外峰向低波数位移;在300℃下,环氧丙烷在碱性磷酸锂表面先进行吸附,然后形成带有醛基的中间体,最后生成产物烯丙醇。18977

Title Study on the reaction mechanism of isomerization of propylene oxide catalyzed by Li3PO4
Abstract
The Li3PO4 catalyst for the isomerization of propylene oxide was prepared. The in situ FT-IR technology was employed to study the adsorption and reaction behavior of propylene oxide on the catalyst at different temperatures and the adsorption behavior of the products of isomerization of propylene oxide on the catalyst at a certain temperature. The studies show that the ring-opening reaction of propylene oxide on the Li3PO4 catalyst happens at a temperature over 200℃.When the temperature is less than 200℃, propylene oxide on the Li3PO4 catalyst is stable. The α-hydrogen atom of the products of isomerization of propylene oxide such as propaldehyde and acetone is acidic, which leads to the reaction of the α-hydrogen and the Li3PO4 catalyst. And it forms a conjugated structure, resulting IR carbonyl peak shift to lower wavenumber. At 300℃, propylene oxide on the Li3PO4 catalyst adsorbs first, then it forms to an intermediate with a aldehyde, finally the intermediate transforms into allyl alcohol.
