苯乙烯/硬脂酸相变微胶囊的制备

摘要:本实验是以硬脂酸为芯材原料,苯乙烯为壁材原料,采用原位聚合法制备了苯乙烯包覆硬脂酸的相变微胶囊,并利用生物显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、以及热重分析仪(TGA)等检测技术对制备的苯乙烯/硬脂酸相变微胶囊的形态特征、结构、热稳定性等物理特性进行分析与表征。考察了芯壁比、体系浓度、引发剂、乳化剂等单因素条件对制备的苯乙烯/硬脂酸相变微胶囊包埋效果的影响。实验探索出的最佳制备工艺为:体系中芯壁比为2:1,乳化剂十751烷基三甲基氯化铵(1631)用量为3.75%芯材的质量,分散剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮k30(PVP-k30)用量为12.5%壁材的质量,交连剂季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯(PET4A)用量为25%壁材的质量,引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)(或使用K2S2O8)用量为7.5%壁材的质量,85℃反应5h,得到的微胶囊呈球形胶囊状,粒径为30μm,微胶囊的平均热焓为116.75J/g,此时包埋率为61.82%。41267

Preparation of styrene / stearic acid phase change microcapsule
Abstract: This experiment is using stearic acid as core material, styrene as wall materials by in-situ polymerization of styrene stearic acid phase change microcapsule coated, and the use of biological microscope, Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer(TGA)testing technology for preparation of styrene / stearic acid phase change micro capsule and the morphological characteristics, structure, thermal stability and physical properties of analysis and characterization. The effects of the core wall ratio, maximum concentration, initiator, emulsifier and other single factor conditions on the preparation of the styrene / stearic acid phase change microcapsules were investigated. The results show that the best conditions for preparation of microcapsule were: the core/wall ratio is 2:1, the emulsifier 1631 as 3.75% of the core,the dispersing agent PVP-k30 as 12.5% of the wall, the cross-linking agent PET4A as 25% of the wall, the initiator AIBN(or K2S2O8 )as 7.5% of the wall, reaction for 5h at 85℃.In this case, the microcapsules were spherical in shape, with a particle size of 30μm, the average enthalpy of 116.75J/g was, and the embedding rate was 61.82%.
