摘要民间流行一句顺口溜,感冒发烧,阿司匹林一包。我们都知道,全世界应用最广泛的解热、镇痛和抗炎药物就是阿司匹林了,并且也是比较和评价周围药物的标准药剂, 1899年由德莱塞命名为阿司匹林(Aspirin)。直到现在,阿司匹林已拥有百年历史,被誉为医药史上三大经典药物其中之一。42316
制剂的工艺流程是以保证实现处方的功能主治为目的,紧紧围绕功能主治的要求,对药物的处理原则、方法和程序所作的最基本的规定。它决定着制剂质量的优劣,也决定着该制剂大生产的可行性和经济效益,本设计采用湿法制粒,然后进行压片、包衣和包装,在说明书中对生产工艺做了详细的介绍,并且对生产所需的设备进行了选型。

As we all know, the world's most widely used antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs like Aspirin, and comparison and evaluation standard, around 1899 by dreiser named Aspirin (Aspirin). Preparation process is to ensure that we can realize the function of prescription attending for the purpose, based on the requirement of function attending, handling of drug of the basic principles, methods and procedures. It decides the quality of preparation quality, and determines the feasibility of mass production and economic benefits in the preparation, this design USES the wet legal system grain, then carries on the tablet, coating and packaging, to the production process in the specification is introduced in detail, and for the selection of equipment needed for production.
