石墨烯镉铟硫纳米复合材料的制备及其光催化性能

摘要在众多的可见光催化剂中,金属硫化物由于其较窄的禁带宽度以及其相对应的金属氧化物电极电位的值很小而受到广泛的关注。其中,三元金属硫化物由于其较窄的禁带宽度以及相对较好的理化稳定性而成为研究热点。然而,单一组分的三元硫化物由于其较低的光生载流子的分离效率而限制了其广泛应用。因此,本文以水热法作为主要的制备方法,成功制备了高分散氧化石墨改性的RGO/CdIn2S4复合材料。重点研究了不同含量的RGO对其形貌、颗粒大小、光催化性能的影响。对相关产物进行了XRD、SEM、TEM、FTIR的表征,并测试了相关产物的光催化性能。并得出结论,经过复合后,CdIn2S4的光催化性能得到增强。其中,2 wt % RGO/CdIn2S4的样品具有最好的光催化性能和良好的化学稳定性。 43297

Title  Synthesis of CdIn2S4-Reduced Graphene Oxide nanocomposites with increased photocatalytic performance

Abstract

Among a variety of visible photocatalysts, metal sulfides have been paid more attention for their narrow band gaps and relatively negative potentials of the valence band compared to metal oxides.Thereinto, ternary metal sulfides have been become research hot due to their narrow band gap with considerable chemical stability.However, as a single component, the low separation efficiency of photogenerated charge carriers has limited their application.Thereby, in this article, we fabricated a series of CdIn2S4-reduced graphene oxide(RGO) nanocomposites via hydrothermal method with different contents of well dispersed graphene oxide succesfully.We discussed the effect of different RGO contents on the sample’s morphology,particle size and photocatalytic performance.The related products were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,FTIR and tested the photocatalytic performance of the as-prepared composites.At last,we draw a conclusion that after composite with graphene,the photocatalytic performance of RGO/CdIn2S4 were enhanced.Among them,the sample with 2 wt % RGO hybridized CdIn2S4 exhibited the best photocatalytic activity with chemically stable.
