摘要:本次实验的研究目的是通过测定磺酸盐的含量来评价与判定阳离子交换树脂的交换性能。在生产过程中代替交换容量这种繁琐且效率不高的方法,更快速的对工艺和生产进行指导。通过对新工艺制备出苯乙烯系阳离子树脂中磺酸盐的测定方法的研究,得出一个最准确和方便的测定方法;通过不同的制备方法制备苯乙烯白球,使用不同的磺酸盐测定方法对苯乙烯白球中的硫碳含量进行测定分析:元素分析法、硫碳分析仪法、沉淀法和酸碱滴定法。分析表明,使用硫碳分析仪法可以更准确的测定磺酸盐的含量,但是相对成本较高;通过测定使用不同方法制备的苯乙烯阳离子交换树脂中磺酸盐的含量以及其各种性能(比如硬度测试、耐酸耐碱性、热稳定性、红外测试等)之间的关系进行分析,确定通过新制备工艺的可行性。6758

The Measurement and Analysis of Sulfonate cation exchange resin
Abstract: Research purpose of this experiment is to determine the content of sulfonate cation exchange resin evaluation and determination of exchange performance.
