摘要关于六氢苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]吡喃的制备，目前的文献中很少有记载。而关于2,3,6,7-四氢苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]二呋喃的制备却已有一些成就。由于两者具有相似性，可以参考四氢苯并二呋喃的合成方法和原理来制备六氢苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]吡喃。且现在已经发现的一些苯并呋喃、苯并吡喃类衍生物在生物、医学上都有广泛的应用，设想合成六氢苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]吡喃后制备其衍生物也可能有很大的用途。47231
本文主要介绍了制备六氢苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]吡喃所需的反应原料，以及参照体2,3,6,7-四氢苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]二呋喃的一些性质和在生物方面的应用。在相似的反应条件下进行实验制备六氢苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]吡喃，并研究不同条件下对反应产率的影响，以得出优化的反应条件，并对实验结果进行了分析。
Abstract There are a few of records about the preparation of Hexahydro-benzo [1,2-b: 4,5-b '] pyran, the current literature. But there is some achievements about the preparation of 2,3,6,7-Tetrahydro-benzo [1,2-b: 4,5-b '] difuran. Because they are similar, it’s possible to prepare Hexahydro-benzo [1,2-b: 4,5-b '] pyran by referencing reaction methods and principles of Tetrahydrobenz difuran. Nowadays some benzopyran and benzofuran derivatives have been found have a wide range of applications in biology and medcine area, we envisage that it will be greatly useful after the preparation of Hexahydro-benzo [1,2-b: 4,5-b '] pyran and its derivatives.
This eassy mainly describes the reaction materials to prepare Hexahydro-benzo [1,2-b: 4,5-b '] pyran, with some properties and application in biology of the reference 2,3,6,7-Tetrahydro-benzo [1,2-b: 4,5-b '] difuran. Prepare Hexahydro-benzo [1,2-b: 4,5-b '] pyran under similar reaction conditions. Study the influence under different reaction conditions to obtain the optimized reaction condition and analyze the result.
