摘要本文介绍了基于四苯基乙烯的共轭高分子的合成及应用。四苯基乙烯及其衍生物是具有聚集诱导发光(AIE)性质的化合物。本实验中,通过McMurry反应来制备了(E)-1,2-二(4-溴苯基)1,2-二苯基乙烯、1,1-二(4-溴苯基)2,2-二(4-羟基苯基)乙烯和2,7-二[9,9-二(6-溴己基)-芴基]-4,4,5,5-四甲基-[1.3.2]二氧硼戊单体,通过Suzuki交叉偶联反应来制取聚合物,并且通过核磁共振(NMR)来确认单体和聚合物,通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)确定聚合物的分子量及其分布。为了探究聚合物的光物理性质,通过紫外-可见光光谱(UV-VIS)和荧光光谱(MFS)测定其光物理性能,结果表明,四苯基乙烯与芴共聚合成得到的聚合物仍具有AIE效应。以三硝基苯酚(PA)为例,通过测定聚合物在不同含量的PA的THF/H2O混合溶液(水含量fw=80v%)的荧光性质,进一步探究了这类聚合物在爆炸物检测方面的应用。51800
Abstract This article describes the synthesis of conjugated polymer based on tetraphenyl-ethylene and its application. Tetraphenyl-ethylene and its derivatives are the compounds with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties. By the McMurry Coupling, 1,2-Bis(4-bromophenyl)-1,2-diphenyl ethene,1,1-bis (4-bromophenyl) 2,2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) ethylene and 2,7-Bis[9,9(-bis(6-bromohexyl)-fluorenyl]-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1.3.2]dioxaborolane are synthesized. Besides, polymers are synthesized through Suzuki cross-coupling reaction. The molecular structure of monomers and polymers are confirmed through nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and the molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of the polymers are further determined through gel permeation chromatography (GPC). To explore the photophysical properties of the polymers, Absorbance and florescence are tested by UV- VIS spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results show that the polymers achieved by direct copolymerization of tetraphenylethlene and flurene still exhibit AIE effect. Via measuring the fluorescence properties of polymers in the THF-H2O mixture (water content fw=80v%) with different amounts of 2,4,6-Trinitrophenol (PA), the polymers applied in detection of explosive are further studied.
