摘要：随着我国社会经济的高速发展，房地产项目的开发建设如火如荼，但房地产项目在施工期与运营期所产生的废水、废气、噪声及固废对城市环境带来了许多不利的影响。因此房地产建设项目必须把好环境保护第一关，认真做好环境影响评价工作，切实做到以人为本，使房地产的开发建设与城市生态环境和社会经济发展相协调，从而创造一个绿色、健康、和谐的人居环境。54255
本文主要以宿豫区仰化镇的仰化新城建设项目为例对房地产类开发建设作环境影响评价分析。通过对建设项目基本情况的了解，当地环境质量现状分析以及该项目与当地规划相符性分析，初步了解项目实施的特殊性。然后分别对施工期与运营期产生的主要污染物及污染源进行分析和预测，对比当地环境质量执行标准提出污染防护措施，最后对该建设项目进行总结并提出环保意见。

Abstract: With the rapid development of our economy, Real estate construction is in full swing. But wastewater, emissions, noise and solid waste generated in the construction and operation of the process will damage to the urban environment. Therefore, Real estate construction projects must give top priority to the environment protection. In order to make the Real estate construction and urban ecological environment to achieve coordinated development, to create a healthy, green, harmonious living environment, we must do a good a job of environment of impact assessment and make sure people-oriented.
This article mainly makes The Yanghua metro construction project located in the town of Yanghua of the Suyu distract as an example of environment. Understanding the basic situation of the Real estate construction, analyzing the status of the local environmental quality, reveals the particularity and complexity of the environment impacts of the real estate development projects. And then conduct a detailed analysis and forecasts of the major pollutants from construction period and the operation period, at the same time, put forward pollution prevention measures. Finally, make a summary of the construction project and propose environmental suggestions.
