摘要:香精包覆技术作为缓释香精的一种重要且直接的手段,近年来得到了国内外相关领域的大力开发。近年来对环糊精进行改性的科研工作得到了重视,并取得了突破性进展。相信随着对环糊精及其衍生物的进一步推广,它们必将成为一类新型原料服务于国民经济建设。本课题主要研究了以环糊精作为壁材,包覆香精所形成的产物的热解特性研究,主要包含对于环糊精包覆香精的工艺优化,以及对于产物的热重分析和红外分析,来定性产物的性质。本文主要通过在不同的温度和反应时间的条件下测定环糊精的包埋率,来测定环糊精包埋香精的最佳工艺方案以及其产物的理化数据分析。58169

Study on the pyrolysis characteristics of cyclodextrin coated flavor
Abstract: As a kind of important and direct means, the flavor coating technology has been developed in the field of domestic and foreign related fields in recent years. In recent years, the research work on the modification of β-Cyclodextrin has been paid more attention, and has made a breakthrough. Believe that with the further promotion of β-Cyclodextrin and its derivatives, they will become a new type of raw materials service Yu Guomin economic construction. This paper focuses on the study on pyrolysis characteristics of the product with β-Cyclodextrin as the wall material, coating flavor formation of mainly includes for β-Cyclodextrin coated essence of process optimization, and the product of thermal gravimetric analysis and infrared analysis to product qualitative properties. In this paper, the optimum processing scheme and the physical and chemical data analysis of β-Cyclodextrin inclusion compound were determined by measuring the embedding rate of β-Cyclodextrin in the condition of different temperature and reaction time.
