摘要随着耐磨钢的大规模使用,生产加工上对于耐磨钢的各项性能要求均有所提升,使得耐磨钢的种类不断增多。耐磨钢在使用过程中会出现摩擦生热或者耐磨钢在平时的放置保存等过程中均会发生氧化反应,本次试验对于新型耐磨钢的氧化性能研究可以为新型耐磨钢提供相关方面的资料。本次试验主要针对于三种钢(N7-2,N5-3,30钢),研究它们的氧化性能,氧化温度,讨论热处理对氧化机理的影响及不同工况对氧化性能的影响。实验结果表明,耐磨钢优良的抗氧化性主要取决于其内添加的微量合金元素以及其原始的未经热处理的组织。随着温度的升高和氧化时间的增加,新型耐磨钢的氧化增重明显,抗氧化性能逐渐降低。但是新型耐磨钢的抗氧化性能优于普通30钢。61099

Title Oxidation mechanism and temperature oxidation resistance of N7-2,N5-3 resistant steel
Abstract With the large-scale use of wear-resistant steel, the requirement of the production and processing on the performance have been enhanced, making an increasing variety of resistant steel. Wear-resistant steel will appear in the course of frictional heating or preservation in the usual placement will occur during the oxidation reaction, this test for the new wear-resistant steel oxidation can provide the relevant information for the new wear - resistant steel. This experiment focuses on three kinds of steel (N7-2, N5-3, 30 steel), to study their oxidation, oxidation temperature, to discuss the impact of heat treatment on the oxidation mechanism and the different conditions on the oxidation behavior. Experimental results show that the wear-resistant steel excellent oxidation resistance primarily dependent on its alloy elements added in the trace and its original organization without heat treatment. As the temperature and the oxidation time increases, the oxidation of the new wear-resistant steel significant weight gain, and the antioxidant properties decreased. However the new wear-resistant steel oxidation resistance is better than ordinary 30 steel.
