摘要:本文以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材,水杨酸乙基己酯和胡莫柳酯为芯材,在相同条件下对反应温度进行单因素试验,找到较佳制备条件,用动态光散射激光粒度仪、紫外分光光度计、SPF防晒指数测试仪进行表征。在搅拌速度为350r/min的制备条件得到的包埋率相对较高的粒子具有良好的相关性质,水杨酸乙酸己酯微胶囊和胡莫柳酯微胶囊的粒径分别为1579nm和710.9nm,其包埋率分别62.93%和42.17%, 防晒性能分别提升了164.8%和148.3%。以上结果表明,此化学防晒剂包裹以后减少了防晒剂与皮肤的直接接触,对防晒效果起到协同增效的作用。61780

Preparation of polyester-based sunscreen microcapsules and use in cosmetics
Abstract: In this paper,methyl methacrylate is used as the wall material,ethylhexyl salicylate and homosalate as the core material. Univariate tests are used to test to conclude a better preparation conditions under different temperatures. The dynamic light scattering (DLS) ,UV spectrophotometer,SPF sun protection index tester and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) will be used in this experiment to characterize performance. The results are as follows:when the emulsification speed is at 150rmp the particle become to has very well related properties,at this time,particle size of ethylhexyl salicylate and of homosalate is 1579nm and 710.9nm and embedding rate of two materials is 62.93% and 42.17% ,performance of sunscreen increases by 164.8% and 148.3. In summary,the irritation of this chemical sunscreens reduce the direct contact between sun screener and skin after enwrapped,it has a synergistic effect for the sunscreen effect.
