摘要将磷酸锂催化剂用于环氧丙烷异构化制烯丙醇。利用气相异构法,在固定床反应器中发生反应。通过气相色谱法对产物进行表征,气相色谱表明产物中存在多种副产物,并通过标样法得到主产物为环氧丙烷,副产物为丙酮、丙醛和丙醇等。探讨了异构化温度、不同pH值的催化剂、催化剂颗粒大小以及不同进料流量对反应的影响。结果表明,适宜的反应温度为290℃左右,pH越低、催化剂颗粒越小则选择性、转化率越高,进料流量越小,对反应越有利。62993

Title Study on preparation of allyl alcohol by isomerization of propylene oxide
Abstract
Lithium phosphate catalyst is used for the isomerization of propylene oxide of allyl alcohol. The reaction come up in the fixed-bed reactor by gas heterogeneous.The products were characterized by gas chromatography, gas chromatography showed that the product contained a variety of by-products, finding by the standard method that the main product was propylene oxide and by-products were acetone, propionaldehyde and propanol. Influence of the isomerization temperature, various pH value of catalyst, particle size of catalyst, different carriers and different feed flow rate on the isomerization reaction was discussed .
The results show that appropriate temperature was 290℃, the lower the pH and the particles of catalyst, the higher the selectivity and the conversion rate ,and the smaller the feed flow rate, the more favorable to the reaction.
