摘要本论文通过撞击感度仪与摩擦感度仪对Mg(BH4)2与MgH2等金属氢化物与TNT、AN、RDX等炸药不同配比的混合物进行机械感度测试。探索Mg(BH4)2与MgH2等金属氢化物的加入对炸药机械感度的影响,并通过查阅文献与理论分析获得其影响机理,从而为含金属氢化物高能炸药的使用提供安全性的基础数据。文中根据测试结果,对比一些不同金属氢化物在不同配比下对不同炸药机械感度的影响程度,结合这些数据对金属氢化物加入后炸药机械感度的变化进行综合分析,来研究加入金属氢化物后炸药机械感度的变化机理。研究得知金属氢化物的加入会改变炸药的机械感度,且不同金属氢化物对炸药机械感度的影响程度不一,金属氢化物的质量分数对机械感度的改变也有影响。63632

Title Influence of the Addition of Metal Hydride on the Mechanical Sensitivity of Explosive
Abstract
In this paper, TNT、AN、RDX and their mixtures with MgH2 and Mg(BH4)2 which were different ratios were tested by the impact sensitivity instrument and friction sensitivity instrument. This paper was aimed to study the influence of the addition of metal hydride (such as MgH2 and Mg(BH4)2) on the mechanical sensitivity of explosive and get the influence mechanism through the analysis of literature and theory, which provided the basis data of the safety for the use of high energy explosive with metal hydride. The effect of different metal hydride under different ratio to the mechanical sensitivity of explosive was contrasted according to the results. Combined with these parameters the change mechanism of the mechanical sensitivity of explosive was studied. The results showed that metal hydride addition would change the mechanical sensitivity of explosive. And the effect degree of different metal hydride to the mechanical sensitivity of explosive was different. The mass fraction of metal hydride also had an effect on mechanical sensitivity changes.
