摘要：随着化学工业的迅速发展，全球对二甲苯需求量迅速增长，中国出现对二甲苯供不应求的现状。本文以甲苯甲醇烷基化技术生产对二甲苯的工艺为对象，从市场分析与预测、生产规划与产品方案、工艺技术选择、总图运输与设备选型、公用工程、厂址选择与建设条件等方面进行了可行性研究。结果表明：产品市场前景良好，经济效益显著；工艺技术路线先进可靠；厂址选择在山东省齐鲁化学工业园区，交通运输便利，公用工程完善。66157

Abtract: With the rapid development of chemical industry, the global demands of p-xylene grow rapidly, and the present situation is in short supply in China. Based on the p-xylene production technology of toluene alkylated with methanol, a feasibility study, including market analysis and prediction, production plan and product scheme, technology selection, general plan transportation and equipment selection, site selection and construction conditions, was carried out. The results show that the project is of good market prospects, economic efficiency, advanced and reliable technology routes. The site selection was located at QiLu chemical industrial park in Shandong Province, where had convenient transportation and perfect public works.
