摘要 从现代战争来看,精确制导武器的重要地位日益突出,尤其是红外诱饵剂技术应用更加广泛。传统的红外诱饵剂技术较单一,辐射输出能量较低,需要通过一定的手段来提高其辐射性能。 本论文在总结前人工作的基础上,通过添加纳米高热剂来提高红外诱饵剂的辐射性能。首先查阅资料了解高热剂的选择要求,通过基本计算燃温和反应热,选择 5 组合适的高热剂配方,制备出了 Al/SiO2、 Si/CuO、 Mg/NiO、 Mg/Fe2O3和 Si/TiO2五种高热剂。然后按一定比例添加到镁聚四氟乙烯基诱饵剂中,研究测试其燃温燃速和红外辐射强度。8952

Composite Thermite Pyrotechnics
Abstract
From the point of view of modern warfare, the important role of the
precision-guided weapons have become increasingly prominent, especially
technology applications of infrared baits agent more widely. The traditional
technology of infrared baits agent that of low-energy radiation output is
relatively single. Therefore, certain means should be put forward to improve
the radiation performance.
Based on summarizing previous studies made by scholars, this paper
illustrates that the way of adding nano thermites can improve the radiation
performance of infrared Baits. First of all, I accessed to information about
requests of thermite choice. And then through the basic calculations of
burning temperature and reaction heat, I select 5 kinds of suitable thermite
formulations, including Al/SiO2, Si/CuO, Mg/NiO, Mg/Fe2O3 and Si/TiO2. After
that,I configured Bait according the proportion of Mg/ptee/phenolic
resin=5:5:0.5, and then added 10% of the nano thermite to test burning
temperature burning rate as well as the intensity of infrared radiation. I
conclude that Mg/Fe2O3 and Al/SiO2 have the best effects through
experiments.
