摘要爆炸法制备氧化钛指的是通过引爆由无机盐,有机盐,金属粉和含水氧化物等前驱体和炸药组成的爆炸性混合物,在爆轰状态产生的高温高压条件下制备氧化钛粉体的一种合成技术。具有经济,节能,操作简单,易于控制,高效等特点。
本文首先从理化性质,制备和应用等方面综述了氧化钛的研究和应用进展。鉴于爆轰法在制备氧化钛粉体方面的独特性和新颖性,本文最后从以下方面对爆轰合成氧化钛粉体进行了研究。
1.以偏钛酸为钛源,引爆由氧化钛前驱体和乳化炸药组成的混合物,进行爆轰合成氧化钛粉体的实验研究,对氧化钛的结构和性质进行了表征。
2.借助X-射线衍射理论系统地对爆轰合成氧化钛的结构的影响,揭示出爆轰对氧化钛粉体结构构成方面的影响的基本规律。
3.研究在热处理和除杂过程中氧化钛的形貌变化情况,对爆轰合成的氧化钛在热处理过程中的变化情况进行了研究。9357

Title the safe technology for Preparation of TiO2 by explosion method and property characterization of TiO2
Abstract
Explosion method is a synthesis technique for preparing nanomaterials under high temperature and high pressure by detonating the mixed explosives composed of explosive and the precursors, such as inorganic salts, organic salts, metal powders and containing water oxides.It possesses the particular features of simple operation, high-controlling accuracy, high efficiency, low costs and more energy-saving. This paper summarized the research and application developments of TiO2 nanoparticles on the physicochemical properties, preparation and applications.Finally in view of the specialty and novelty of detonation synthesis method in synthesizing nanomaterials, the detail research on preparing TiO2 dispersed particles by detonation method was carried out from the following aspects.
1.Take metatitanic acid as titanium oxide’s precursor, mixed with emulsion explosive to be explosive composition for detonation synthesis of titanium dioxide powder, & characterization on the structure and properties of titanium dioxide.
2.The influence of detonation on microstructures of TiO2 dispersed particles prepared by detonation method were carried out systematically via X-ray diffraction measurements , and the basic law of the influence of detonation on the microstructures of TiO2 was demonstrated.
3.Study on heat treatment and impurity removal process for titania in morphology, particle size change, on the titanium oxide’s changes during heat treatment.
