摘要本课题通过水热合成法进行Fe/ZSM-5,TS-1等过渡金属掺杂介孔分子筛的合成,并在此基础上利用所得分子筛进行核-壳结构合成的进一步探索。并运用XRD,SEM等表征手段对负载型催化剂进行表征。最后,对所制备的催化剂进行脱硝实验,测试其催化性能。实验得到:
第一,XRD和 SEM均表明水热合成法制备的TS-1催化剂合成成功,但在300℃-390℃范围内脱除效率一般,提高TS-1的脱硝活性有待进一步研究;
其次,在水热合成法进行Fe/ZSM-5的合成过程中加入碱金属盐类,对于减少Fe/ZSM-5晶粒的粒径具有明显作用;
第三,采用外延生长法合成具有核壳结构的分子筛Fe/ZSM-5@MS,TS-1@MS是可行的。9375

Title The synthesis of transition metal-doped mesoporous molecular sieve
Abstract
This issue uses hydrothermal synthesis method as a possible way to synthesize transition metal-doped mesoporous molecular sieves like Fe/ZSM-5 and TS-1. On this basis, using the molecular sieve obtained to make a further exploration about the synthesis of core-shell materials. XRD and SEM are used to character the catalysts. At the end, carrying out denitrification experiments by using the prepared catalyst is to investigate the catalytic performance. The conclusions are gained as followed:
1.XRD and SEM show that TS-1 catalyst have been prepared successfully by hydrothermal synthesis, but the removal efficiency in the 300℃-390℃ is general,so it needs further research to improve the removal efficiency of TS-1;
2.Adding alkali metal salts when using hydrothermal synthesis method to synthesize Fe/ZSM-5 do have an significant effect to reduce its particle’s diameter;
3. Epitaxial growth method is an available strategy to synthesize the core-shell materials like Fe/ZSM-5@MS and TS-1@MS.
