摘要:使用过硫酸铵作为苯胺制备聚苯胺的氧化剂,在酸性的条件下用化学氧化聚合的方法将苯胺合成了高分子的导电聚合物聚苯胺。合成之后用2mol/L 的盐酸对合成的聚苯胺进行了参杂,以使其具有更好的导电性。随后聚苯胺放在培养皿中拿到烘箱中烘干,得到参杂后的导电聚合物,用实验的方法来探测其导电性能,运用仪器测试其红外谱图,分析其聚合度,解释各个数值处所出的吸收峰所代表的含义。并且在实验的验证方法下,验证聚苯胺在参杂前后的导电性能的变化,并探究此变化的原因,最后研究如何将其运用于导电油墨中。

Study on the polymerization of polyaniline with high electrical conductivity
Abstract: using ammonium persulfate as oxidant and aniline preparation of polyaniline, chemical oxidation polymerization method under acidic conditions to the conductive polymer polyaniline macromolecular synthesis of aniline. After synthesis with 2mol/L hydrochloric acid for the synthesis of polyaniline was doped, conductive to make it better. Then polyaniline was placed in a Petri dish to the oven drying, conducting polymer doped after, experimental method was used to detect the conductivity, test its infrared spectrum analysis using the instrument, the degree of polymerization, explain each value premises a absorption peak means. And in the verification experiment, validate changes in conductivity of polyaniline doped before and after, and explore this change, finally study how to apply it to conductive ink.
