摘要:利用甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚和N-甲基二乙醇胺制备阳离子水性聚氨酯,实验表明,多元醇中加入亲水扩链剂后再加入多异氰酸酯进行加成聚合的工艺有较好的适用性,可制备稳定的阳离子水性聚氨酯。最后利用氟醇进行封端,制备出阳离子水性含氟聚氨酯。对同一个亲水扩链剂含量的变化和硬、软段含量的阳离子水性聚氨酯的研究表明,通过实验发现当-NCO/-OH=1.4时,亲水扩链剂用量增加,乳液的粒径变小,稳定性增加,膜的拉伸强度提高。制备出的水性聚氨酯在酸性环境中能稳定存在,碱性环境中易发生碎裂,最后对阳离子水性含氟聚氨酯的发展做出了展望。9677

The Preparation of Cationic Waterborne Fluorine-containing Polyurethane
Abstract:Using toluene diisocyanate, polyether and N - methyl diethanolamine preparation of cationic waterborne polyurethane,the experiment shows that polyol adding hydrophilic chain extender to add more isocyanate for addition polymerization process has good applicability,preparation of stable cationic waterborne polyurethane. Finally using fluorine alcohol sealing side, the cationic waterborne fluorine-containing polyurethane is prepared. To the change of the same content of hydrophilic chain extender and content of hard and soft segment of cationic waterborne polyurethane's research suggests that through the experiment found that when the - NCO/OH = 1.4, hydrophilic chain extender agent dosage increased, the emulsion particle size smaller, stability increased, the tensile strength of the membrane. Preparation of waterborne polyurethane in acidic environment stability, easy happen cataclastic alkaline environment, and finally made to the development of cationic waterborne fluorine-containing polyurethane were discussed.
