摘要:石墨烯是碳的又一同素异形体,具有独特的二文结构和优异的力学、电学、光学、热学等性能,成为富勒烯和碳纳米管之后的又一研究热点。采用电泳沉积技术在铜基地表面制备石墨烯(GNS)薄膜,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和拉曼光谱(Raman)等测试方法,研究了不同阴离子盐对石墨烯薄膜微观形貌和结构的影响。还考察了电泳温度,电泳时间和电泳电压对石墨烯薄膜形貌结构的影响,得到最优的实验条件。实验结果表明,Mg(NO3)2•6H2O对制备石墨烯薄膜效果最好,而MgSO4•7H2O效果太差,无法沉积出石墨烯薄膜。保持电泳温度为40℃,在60V直流电压下电泳2min时所得的石墨烯薄膜表面光滑平整,均一性较好。10743

The study of anionic salt’s impact of electrophoretic deposition of graphene film
Abstract: As an allotrope of carbon,graphene has become a research hotspot due to its unique two-dimensional structure and excellent mechanical,electrical,optical and thermal properties.Graphene nanosheet(GNS) films were deposited on Cu substrates using electrophoretic deposition.The effect of different anionic salts on the thickness,morphology and structure of the GNS film was investigated by using scanning electron microscope and Ramam spectrum.The effects on morphology structure of GNS films by different EPD parameters,including deposition temperature,deposition time and deposition voltage were studied systematically to obtain the optimum conditions.The experimental results showed that graphene films prepared by Mg(NO3)2•6H2O are best.Graphene films prepared by MgSO4•6H2O are poor.It was unable to deposit the graphene films.The GNS film electrophoretically deposited for 2 min at a deposition voltage of 100 V and a deposition temperature of 40℃ is smooth and uniform.
