摘要：上海是我国最大的港口城市，在国家决定将上海发展成为国际航运中心的背景下，洋山深水港运应而生。它的出现，解决了上海无天然深水良港的问题，也为上海建立国际航运中心增添了重要的砝码。历经多年发展，洋山深水港在上海航运中所起的作用已经逐渐凸显，在集装箱吞吐量这一重要指标上上海已经位居世界第一，而在未来洋山深水港的进步空间也依然十分巨大。本文将就洋山深水港的建成对于上海成为国际航运中心的影响作出分析。总结其在过去十年运行中的可取之处，同时对于有待提升的方面提出一些建设性的建议，希望对于洋山深水港在未来的发展能够有所帮助。20126

Abstract: Shanghai is the largest port city in china. After the country decided to develop Shanghai into an international shipping center in the context of Yangshan Deepwater transportation should be born. It appears to solve the Shanghai no natural deep water port problems, but also establish an important shipping center adds weight to Shanghai. After years of development, Yangshan Deepwater Port in Shanghai shipping in the role has been increasingly prominent on this important container throughput of Shanghai index has been ranked first in the world, and in the next room for improvement Yangshan Deepwater Port is also still very enormous. 一、绪论
（一）研究背景
自1996年1月国务院正式宣布建设上海国际航运中心以来，上海港基础设施建设取得重大进展：外高桥港区拥有16个大型集装箱泊位和4个支线集装箱泊位，2009年集装箱吞吐量达1404.8万TEU，再次位居国内港口集装箱吞吐量之首；洋山深水港区3期第2阶段工程完成，共建成16个大型集装箱深水泊位，配置60台大型集装箱桥吊，港区总面积达到8平方千米，设计年吞吐能力达930万TEU；长江口深水航道整治工程已完成，长江口航道水深达到12.5m，上海“江海联运”的优势得以进一步扩大。目前，上海港是东北亚地区集装箱航班最密集的港口之一。而这一切与洋山深水港的建成及投入使用是密切相关的。 洋山深水港对于上海成为国际航运中心的影响:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_11778.html
