摘要: 在国际贸易中，倾销和反倾销是常见的现象，随着经济全球化、贸易自由化的发展，世界市场逐渐饱和，反倾销逐渐变为进口国实行自身贸易保护的得力武器，而各国之间倾销和反倾销的矛盾也愈加激烈。近几年来，我国的经济和对外贸易的增长都明显加快，这预示着我国面临的贸易摩擦将会不断升级，甚至影响我国产品的正常出口。我国出口的产品价格大多比较低廉，对一些国家的相关产业会有一些冲击，因此，这些国家会采取反倾销的措施来保护自己的产业；而我国进口的产品主要是土地密集型产品，进口份额较大，其他国际会通过倾销的手段，以低价格获取竞争力。从而给国内的相关产业和企业造成巨大的损失。在倾销和反倾销的双重冲击和考验中，我们已经了解到合理地采用反倾销的手段来文护我国公平、合理地进口环境的重要性。本文通过对我国对外贸易反倾销的现状的分析，推理出我国对外贸易反倾销中存在的问题，并且针对这些问题提出了建议，以更好的保护民族工业和国内市场，在越来越激烈的国际市场中，站稳脚跟，取得更大的收益。24527
