试析中韩自贸协定对韩国对华出口的影响

摘要在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的形势下，区域经济组织——自由贸易区应运而生，并呈现蓬勃发展趋势。韩国、中国同属于亚洲东部贸易大国，地理位置上隔海相望，两国之间的贸易往来稳步上升。为进一步降低两国贸易交易成本，并扩大双边贸易，中韩双方于 2014 年 11 月份签订了关于中韩自由贸易协定的谅解备忘录，这标志着中韩自由贸易协定谈判已实质性结束。本文首先分析了近十年来中韩双边贸易状况，并重点分析韩国对中国出口状况。其次，在此分析基础之上，结合中韩FTA的作用，论述了中韩贸易协定对韩国对华出口的影响。最后，结合韩贸易中存在的问题，给出有针对性的建议。 25139

Title     A Tentative Analysis of China-South Korea FTA’s
Influences on Korean Exports to China
Abstract
Under the trend of economic globalization and regional economic
integration, regional economic organizations such as free trade zones have
been springing up and flourishing. As major trading nations of East Asia,
China and South Korea are close neighbors across the sea, and the bilateral
trade volume has been on the rise recently. In order to further reduce trade
transaction costs and expand bilateral trade scale, China and South Korea
signed a memorandum of understanding on the China-South Korea free trade
agreement in November 2014, which indicates that the FTA negotiations
between China and South Korea have been concluded substantially. This paper
first analyzes the bilateral trade situations between China and South Korea
in the recent ten years, especially South Korean exports to China. Next,
based on above analyses, we discuss China-South Korea FTA’s influences
on South Korean exports to China. Finally, specific suggestions are
provided for problems in China-South Korea trade.
