摘要：本文利用对辽宁省农户调查得到的样本数据，在对辽宁省农户特征及农地经营规模意愿现状分析的基础上，运用Logit回归模型实证分析农户特征对农地经营规模意愿的影响。研究结果显示：（1）年龄、受教育程度、是否党员、家庭人口数、家庭劳动力占比、主要收入来源、土地面积、是否想过离开农村到城市住显著影响农户扩大经营规模意愿。（2）农户是否外出打工、农业培训次数、家庭劳动力占比、主要收入来源、参加社保人数、土地面积、质量、块数、是否想过离开农村城市住显著影响农户缩小经营规模意愿。（3）年龄、受教育程度、家庭人口数、家庭参加社保人数、土地面积、质量、是否愿意出租土地十年以上显著影响农户保持农地经营规模不变意愿。25964

Effect of households’ features on their willingness of land scale management
Abstract: The paper makes a study by using the data from households in Liaoning province. On the foundation of analyzing the present condition about household features and the willingness of land scale management, the paper utilize logit regression model to make a empirical study about how households’ features make effects on the willingness of land scale management. The results show:(1)age, education, Party member, the number of population in a family, the mainly source of income, the area of land, the idea of leaving village to city make remarkable effects on enlarging the willingness of land scale management. (2) migrant, cultivation, the number of labors in a family, the mainly source of income, the number of joining social insurance, the area of land, the quality of land, the spot of land, the idea of leaving village to city make remarkable effects on shrinking the willingness of land scale management. (3) age, education, the number of population in a family, the number of joining social insurance, the area of land, the quality of land, the idea of renting the land for ten years make remarkable effects on keeping the willingness of land scale management not changing.

农户特征对农地经营规模意愿影响研究——以辽宁省为例
引言
随着我国城市化、工业化的发展，农村地区出现了劳动力向城市转移、进城务工的情况，导致部分地区出现土地抛荒、低效利用等问题[1]。家庭联产承包责任制不仅无法解决现阶段农村土地无人耕种等问题，其“一家一户分散经营”特征还产生了地块面积过小、粗放式耕种、细碎化严重等现象[2]。为了更好的利用土地资源，十八届三中全会、2015年中央一号文件等明确提出构建新型农业经营体系，积极发展多种形式适度规模经营等相关政策建议。发展适度规模经营有利于农村土地资源的高效及可持续利用，是促进我国农业现代化、商品化和专业化的有效途径，对农业提效、农民增收有明显的积极作用[3-4]，是我国农业生产发展的必然趋势[5-6]。 农户特征对农地经营规模意愿影响研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_19991.html
