摘要：消费不仅仅是再生产过程的终点，同时也是下一个再生产的起点，起着承前启后的关键作用，对经济循环起着先导作用，是促进经济增长的根本动力。消费在经济体制改革的进程中，影响和制约着国民经济的持续、健康和稳定发展。26149
中国经济的增长长期偏向于出口、投资，并且很长的一段时间内忽视了消费的作用。直至2008年金融危机的爆发，政府的快速投资效果不够明显，这一现象的产生，提醒了我们增长经济主要还是依靠内需。推动内需就要鼓励居民大胆消费，而收入是居民消费的前提，因此本论文从收入入手，运用了计量经济学相关方法，实证分析了江苏省城镇居民收入与消费的关系，以及不同收入对消费产生的影响。最后，就此提出了一些建议。

The Empirical Research between Income and
Consumption of Urban Residents in Jiangsu Province
Abstract: Consumption is not only the end of reproduction process, is also under the starting point of a reproduction, plays a key role in connecting link between the preceding and the following, on the circular economy plays a leading role, is the fundamental driving force for promoting economic growth. Residents should be encouraged to promote domestic bold consumption, while income is a prerequisite for the consumer, so the income from the start of this article, the use of econometric correlation method, empirical analysis of the relationship between the income of urban residents in Jiangsu Province, and consumption, as well as different income on consumption impact. Finally, this made a number of advice.

一、绪论
（一）选题的目的及意义
首先，中国的经济自1978年改革幵放以来，对于投资、消费、出口这三辆拉动中国国民经济向前发展的马车，它的增长一直偏向于依赖投资、出口这两辆马车，特别是投资这辆马车，并且在很长一段时间内忽视了消费这辆马车拉动经济的能力。
其次，直到2008年全球金融危机的爆发，给中国带来了警示作用，中国政府积极、认真对待金融危机。在危机爆发的初期政府就积极推出了投资拉动经济的政策，为市场注入了高达万亿的投资，政府虽然快速出手但效果却没有1997年的明显，这与国内出现了新的经济格局以及国际经济形势产生了变化密不可分。造成这个现象最主要的一个原因，是国家的经济增长主要依靠投资，弱化了其他两驾马车在经济中起到的作用。由于国内消费存在问题，一系列国内投资面临着诸多瓶颈，在短期内很难有较大的反响，没有达到预期的效果，没有让中国的经济发生质的变化，这提醒了我们增长经济主要还是应该依赖内需，而不是外需。这也是中国把扩大内需作为重要国策的最重要原因。 江苏省城镇居民收入对消费影响的实证研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_20244.html
