摘 要： 现如今，在经济全球化的背景下建立国际贸易风险的控制和防范机制是十分必要的。本文首先通过对国际贸易风险的概念和特点进行探讨，从宏观和微观两个方面对国际贸易风险的种类进行划分；其次，分析它发展的历史及现状，从风险发生的根本出发；然后，系统的总结出信息不对称、结算货币汇率的波动、各国经济政策的变动以及操作方面的原因都有可能是产生国际贸易风险的原因；最后针对这些原因提出相应的对策：收集对方的资信情况、合理利用衍生的金融工具、掌握贸易国的政治政策以及经济情况、和严格按照国际贸易惯例办事等。通过上述探索和研究，力求能够最大限度的控制国际贸易风险，确保对外贸易活动的安全性、连续性和赢利性。希望对降低国际贸易风险的发生起到一定的借鉴意义。28340

Abstract：Established in the background of economic globalization today, the international trade risk control and prevention mechanism is very necessary. This article first through to the international trade risk, this paper discusses the concept and characteristics of from macroscopic and microscopic two aspects to partition the kinds of risk of international trade; Secondly, analysis the history and current situation of development of it, starting from the fundamental of risk occurrence; Then, sums up the information asymmetry, currency exchange rate fluctuations, changes in the national economic policy, and operational aspects of reasons can be causes of international trade risk; Finally aimed at these reasons put forward corresponding countermeasures: collect each other's credit situation, the reasonable use of derivative financial instruments, grasp the political policy and economic situation of the traders, and act in strict accordance with international trade practices, etc. Through the exploration and research, makes every effort to maximize control international trade risk, to ensure the safety of the foreign trade activities, continuity and profitable.
