摘要：自2009年我国创业板市场成立至今，创业板上市公司得到了国家多项政策的支持，成为缓解就业、促进经济增长的主要力量。而融资一直困扰着创业板上市公司。本文从融资困难原因和对策融资困境对策两个方面梳理了国内外学者对中小企业融资问题的研究成果，但仍有许多不足。本文希望通过分析我国创业板上市公司融资能力的影响因素，发现融资难具体原因，进而提升其融资能力。29152

Analyses of the Factors Affecting the Financing Capability of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China
--An Empirical Study on GEM listing Corporations
Abstract： Since 2009,when Chinese GEM market established,GEM listing Corporations have played an important role in the economic society,to ease employment and promote economic growth.GEM listing Corporations financing issue has become urgent to solve.This article summarizes domestic and foreign scholars’ research findings from two aspects:the reasons and solutions. The article will find the specific reasons for financing difficulties through the analysis of Chinese GEM listing Corporations financing capacity of the factors.We hope that the GEM market can make greater contributions to Chinese economy development.

我国中小企业融资能力的影响因素分析——基于创业板上市公司的实证研究
引言
随着全球化经济的发展，创业板上市公司在经济中的作用日益增大，尤其体现在发展新兴产业，稳定经济结构，促进就业，提高人民生活水平等方面。
我国在创业板上市的公司多集中在现代服务、新兴制造业等行业，与一般中小企业有着较大的差别。一方面，高新技术企业自有资金较少,无法满足发展需求,必须依靠外部支持。另一方面，由于信息的不对称存在,外部金融体系为降低风险而减少贷款数额或对创业板中小企业提出更高的要求。从而导致我国大多数创业板上市公司仍存在融资渠道狭窄，融资难，资金短缺等问题。只有解决了该问题，才有利于创业板上市公司不断提升自身的实力。 我国中小企业融资能力的影响因素分析:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_24268.html
