基于PESTEL模型的中国企业在东盟直接投资的风险评价研究

摘要伴随着“走出去”战略的深入实施，中国对外直接投资规模不断扩大。东盟作为中国企业对外直接投资的重要伙伴，东盟国家投资环境的复杂性，使得企业投资经营活动中的风险日益显著，风险成为企业对外直接投资必须要考虑的因素。本文先分析了企业对外直接投资的风险类型，在对中国企业对东盟直接投资现状分析的基础上，基于PESTEL模型建立风险评价指标体系，从东盟各个国家的实际情况出发，运用层次分析法，对东盟各国的风险进行评价，得出结论东盟国家的投资环境排名依次为新加坡、文莱、马来西亚、泰国、菲律宾、印度尼西亚、越南、柬埔寨、老挝、缅甸，从而给中国企业对东盟直接投资提供实质性指导。30521

Title    Assessment of the risk of Chinese enterprises’ direct investment in ASEAN based on PESTEL model
Abstract
With the in-depth implementation of the “going out” strategy, the scale of China’s foreign direct investment continued to expand. ASEAN is an important partner of Chinese foreign direct investment. The complexity of the ASEAN’s investment environment, making the risk in corporate investment and business activities increasingly significant. The risk of foreign direct investment is a factor that must be considered. This paper analyzes the types of risks during foreign direct investment, on the basis of analysis of the current situation about direct investment of Chinese enterprises in ASEAN, establishing a risk assessment system under the PESTEL model. What’s more, the paper evaluates the risk in ASEAN countries by AHP. It concludes that the investment environment in ASEAN countries are ranked as Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar. Meanwhile, this paper provides substantial guidance for Chinese companies’ FDI to ASEAN through specific figures showing clear risk profiles.
