摘要：2014年，阿里巴巴将申办纯网络银行-阿里银行的消息引起了国人对网络银行概念的极大兴趣。随着经济技术发展，人类社会经济生活的各个方面正在发生深刻的变化，作为互联网业与金融结合的产物，网络银行已经成为经济全球化的重要标志，同时也为银行业务的发展指明了方向。网络银行在我国的发展已初具规模，其经济效益和社会效益已经日益显现，基本形成了以国有银行、中小股份制银行以及外资银行为主体的竞争格局，但是国内网络银行的业务发展仍存在许多方面的问题。而国外网络银行发展较早，基础扎实，并且网络技术理念更新换代快，发展迅速。同时，国外银行对于人民币业务的渗透也让争夺中国市场的竞争更加激烈。为了改变目前的局面以及在这场竞争中拔得头筹，关键问题是要学习先进的经营理念，对业务进行进一步发展。本文在此基础上研究分析了国内外网络银行的发展模式，并分析了中国银行以及中国工商银行在网络银行发展中成功与不足，最后通过SWOT方法分析了目前我国网络银行的优劣势及机遇和威胁，重点总结国外网络银行发展的经验，并提出对促进我国网络银行业务发展的针对性策略。31275

Abstract: In 2014,the news of alibaba will bid for hosting the pure network bank - bank of all caused the great interest in the concept of network bank.With the development of economic and technological,all aspects of the human social and economic life is undergoing profound changes,as a product of the Internet industry and finance combination,Internet banking has become an important symbol of economic globalization,but also pointed out the direction for the development of banking business.The development of the network bank in our country has begun to take shape,and its economic benefit and social benefit has been emerging,basically form the competitive landscape that make state-owned Banks,small and medium-sized joint-stock Banks and foreign Banks as the main body,but there are still many problems in the domestic Internet banking business development.While foreign network banks has long development history,solid foundation,their concept of network technology upgrades rapidly and develop rapidly.At the same time,the penetration of foreign Banks for RMB business make to competeition for the Chinese market more competitive.In order to change the present situation and has scooped the top prize in the competition,the key problem is to update the management idea and Innovative business.based on this the paper research and analyzed the foreign network bank business success experience,and focuses on analyzing the cause of the failure of the bank of China that the network bank is not mature,and the key of the success of the network bank,icbc Internet banking,put forward targeted strategy to our the network bank.
