摘要：20世纪80年代以来，全球经济的重心向服务业倾斜，服务贸易在世界经济一体化进程中得到了迅速的发展。全世界服务贸易进出口额年均增速远远超过了货物贸易，成为国际贸易领域的重要组成部分。随着国际服务贸易的迅速发展和其对国民经济整体的效率促进和质量提高的特殊作用，服务贸易研究成为世界性的前言课题。本文的研究目的是针对长三角发展国际服务贸易的进行分析并提出对策，在文中将通过与他国的比较从而观察出长三角地区发展服务贸易有待延伸之处，而且对全国也会有重要借鉴作用。本文针对长三角地区发展服务业的状况，采用方法有：典型案例分析、分析上海及周边城市服务贸易的国际竞争力现状和潜在优势,借鉴世界服务贸易城市的经验做法,为了促进上海带动长三角地区服务贸易的快速发展，并作为服务贸易的领头羊，带领全国走向世界。31518

Countermeasures For Developing International Service Trade In Yangtze River Delta Region
Abstract: Since the 80 time in twentieth Century, the focus of the global economy has shifted to the service industry, and service trade has been developing rapidly in the process of world economic integration. The average annual growth rate of service trade in the world is far more than the goods trade, and it becomes an important part of the international trade field. With the rapid development of international service trade and its special role in promoting the overall efficiency of the national economy and improving the quality, service trade has become a subject of worldwide introduction. The purpose of this paper is according to the Yangtze River Delta development of international trade in services were analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward. In this paper, we will through and his country compared to observe the Yangtze River Delta development of trade in services needed extension point, and the country will also have an important reference. In this paper, the condition for the development of service industry in the Yangtze River Delta area, the use of methods: typical case analysis, analysis of present situation of international competitiveness of Shanghai and the neighboring city of trade in services and the potential advantages, learn from the experience and practice of the city of world trade in services, in order to promote Shanghai drives the rapid development of service trade in the Yangtze River Delta area and as a leader in the service trade lead the country to the world.
