摘要：进入21世纪以来，世界人口数量剧增，而伴随着科技、医疗技术的进步，人的寿命也在增长，越来越多的国家开始步入老龄化社会。对于老年人的福利发放的增长势必引起财政的负担。世界各国纷纷通过改善养老保险制度寻求出路，养老保险市场化就是其中一条。本论文采用对比分析法，着重分析了英国的养老保险制度暴露的问题及其是如何进行改进，然后进行中英对比，阐释我国养老保险制度的现状和存在问题，分析如何完善我国的养老保险制度，目的是为我国养老保险市场化改革做铺垫，找到其中可以借鉴的地方。34592

The Study of The Endowment Insurance Marketization

Abstract: When we step into the 21st century,the number of the people in the world has increased rapidly.At the same time,the technology and the medical treatment have made large progress,so the life of people has extended.More and more countries turn into aging societies.The increase of the old people’s welfare will lead to the burden of the finance.Many countries change the system of the endowment insurance to find a way.One of the ways is to execute the endowment insurance market.This thesis uses the comparative analysis.It analyses the problems of the system of the endowment insurance and the improvements of the system.Then,by contrasting our country and the England,it interprets the problems of the endowment insurance system in our country.Finally,it analyses how to make our endowment insurance system perfect.The purpose of these analysis is to pave the way of our country’s endowment insurance system’s reformation and to find the reference of the England.
