摘 要：在当前企业发展的过程中，允许资本项目兑换，对推动国家的经济发展的意义十分重要。尤其是在我国当前的时代背景下，允许人民币的自由兑换，对促使我国在国际经济大潮中的地位提升有重要的意义。因此本文在进行研究的过程中结合当前我国人民币资本项目的可兑换这一问题展开了深入的论述。通过对本文的探讨，促使我国在进行人民币可兑换项目实施的过程中能够更好的进行相应的风险管控，同时也放宽相应的标准，促使我国通过该举措的实施实现经济的稳定发展。在具体探讨的过程中，首先是基于人民币可兑换项目的具体动因进行了分析，同时结合原因的探讨就具体实现过程中的收益情况、构成情况等进行了阐述。最后分析了人民币资本项目可兑换进程中的风险因素。36784

Study on the problem of RMB capital account convertibility
Abstract: Capital account convertibility has important significance to a country into the tide of economic globalization. In our country, the successful implementation of the RMB under the current account convertibility, how to realize the RMB capital account convertibility becomes a hot issue in the theory and practice in China's long-term concern. The research of RMB capital account convertibility, further understanding of capital account convertibility of the type of income, risk sources, need economic fundamentals and policy measures to enlarge the income, the purpose of avoiding risk, and thus better serve China's open economy construction. This paper describes the motivation of the convertibility of RMB capital account, on China's implementation of costs and benefits of capital account convertibility are compared and analyzed, finally analyzes the risk factors in the process of capital account convertibility of RMB and preventive measures.
