摘要：2006年我国加入世界贸易组织，全面进行开放金融业。中国银行业一方面面临着发展的机遇，另一方面也面临着来自外资银行的竞争和挑战，农业银行上海市分行作为国有大型上市商业银行之一，已经认识到如何提高国际贸易融资业务市场占有率和国际贸易金融客户的忠诚度等已成为其提高核心竞争力急需解决的问题，并促使其必须改变原有的商业模式不断提高中间业务收入占比，以拥有更广阔的生存发展空间。36990
中国农业银行上海市分行较早地发展国际贸易融资业务，国际贸易融资业务随着外向型经济的不断发展而发展。但其市场份额与其他商业银行和兄弟行相比，还存在有一定的差距。上海农行国际贸易融资业务要想实现不断快速的发展，必须制定适合自身发展的战略，并通过具体有效的措施来实施。本文旨在通过分析上海农行国际贸易融资业务中存在的问题，为上海农行的发展提出具体可实施的有效措施，以促进上海农行国际贸易融资业务更好地发展。

Agricultural Bank of China Shanghai Branch International Trade Financing Present Situation Analysis And Development Strategies
Abstract：China's accession to WTO in the year of 2006，a comprehensive liberalization of the financial business. On the one hand, the banking of China is facing opportunities for   development，on the other hand，it also faces competition and challenges from foreign banks, the Agricultural Bank of Shanghai Branch listed as one large state-owned commercial banks, which has recognized how to improve the international trade finance market share rates and international trade finance customer loyalty and improve core competitiveness become its urgent problems，in order to have a broader space for survival and development，it should improve the proportion of intermediate business income and change existing business model。
The Agricultural Bank of Shanghai Branch developed international trade finance early, the development of international trade finance business with the continuous development of export-oriented economy. But compared with other commercial banks and brothers row, there is a certain gap in market share. In order to achieve continued rapid development of international trade finance business, Shanghai ABC must make a strategy for their own development, and through concrete and effective measures to implement. This paper aims to analyze the problems of Shanghai ABC International trade finance business, propose concrete and effective measures that can be implemented for the development of Shanghai Agricultural Bank of China to promote the Shanghai international trade finance business better development.
