摘要：本文结合了金融全球化的历史进程，具体阐释了金融全球化的内涵和特点，论述了金融全球化的原因。针对金融全球化的大趋势下，从中国金融的规范发展以及不足之处两个角度，去分析中国金融发展的现状。随后，文章选取了中国金融市场及世界主要国家和地区金融市场的股指年华收益率与上市公司总额，以此建立线性回归模型，对全球金融与中国金融的关联性进行实证分析。最后，本文探究了金融全球化对中国金融市场发展的正负影响，即金融监管、金融竞争、金融投资、经验学习、风险防范等方面。面对金融全球化所带来的机遇与挑战，本文提出中国应对的对策和措施，并建议从金融体制改革、政府职能转变、信息化建设、完善立法、参与金融合作等着手。37027

The influence of the financial globalization to China's financial development
Abstract: Combining the historical process of financial globalization, this paper explains the connotation and characteristics of financial globalization, financial globalization is discussed, and the reasons.
